"Great Customer Service"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang was east to set up as a first-time CRM user. I love the online customer service that is available every day. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I wish that I could have two separate databases - one for clients and one for donors. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Bloomerang gives me a better place to keep track of all the interactions and donations and allows team members to see and record as well.

The online Bloomerang donor database is excellent

The online database is exactly what we need: easy to use, easy to learn, excellent tutorials on all the customizable features for reports and donations. Bloomerang has always been very responsive to any questions. We can produce reports, segment donors, send acknowledgment letters of several different types and much, much more. The database is very interactive and customizable to our needs.

"Bloomerang meets our needs!"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is intuitive and therefore easy to use. Their customer service is spot on. As a small nonprofit, Bloomerang meets all of our needs - - CRM, fundraising, communications and more. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? There is nothing that doesn't meet our needs. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? As one person shop, I can perform every function needed in Bloomerang to effectively run our nonprofit.

Your support is next to none

Your support is next to none. Unfortunately I was in on choosing a database for our school, so I didn't get any advanced training. I hit the ground running and when I fell, support picked me up and got me going again. I am very grateful!!!

Excellent Customer Service

We have been very happy with bloomerang. It has increased our donor engagement and donations. When we began with them in 2016, we had approximately 1500 donors. We now have over 8,000. And our donations have skyrocketed. But what we love the most is the customer service. They are always available to chat and help you walk through any question. We highly recommend this for any nonprofit, small or large.
