"Superb value, ease of use, and tremendous data capabilities"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Data querying capabilities and accounting integration What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Non, love the software for the price we paid! What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? We've been able to finally move away from manually maintained spreadsheets into an integrated and intuitive database!

We've been using Bloomerang for just over 10 months now. It was very scary looking ahead into changing CRM software at our nonprofit, particularly as the switchover was going to be during our Christmas appeal, the busiest time of the year. But the Bloomerang staff were excellent, anticipating what our issues were likely to be, and creating a path that took us through the changes without a "slowdown" in returning our thanks to our donors, and without a pileup of work for our data entry folks ...

Your support is next to none

Your support is next to none. Unfortunately I was in on choosing a database for our school, so I didn't get any advanced training. I hit the ground running and when I fell, support picked me up and got me going again. I am very grateful!!!

I would love a better main donation…

I would love a better main donation page and fundraising platform. Kindful is limited for events but has a great donation page.

Bloomerang is an amazingly intuitive platform that is easy to use and robust enough to get the reporting needed.

Bloomerang is an amazing platform that allows me to truly develop my donor base. The staff is incredibly responsive to any questions and any problems have been resolved quickly. It's easy to maintain relationships with donors via email, letters, and/or phone calls. I highly recommend Bloomerang to everyone I know who works with fundraising and/or donors.

I wish the search results were in alphabetical order What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? It's a great CRM, very user-friendly and easy to learn. It makes fundraising tracking and donor relations very easy

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Ability of non-tech people to manage the conversion and set up. Flexibility to truly manage my constituent relationships What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Some of the coding/segmentation can be bulky; do be sure to plan out how you will want to use your data. Households should update addresses automatically - there's a little extra work in managing those, but it's truly worth it. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting ...
