PROS: So easy to use and very intuitive! The dashboard has the basic information you need. You can create email templates for automatic emails. The database is amazing and very accessible. Plus, their support is always helpful. CONS: Nothing, I love the app.

I love how I can easily store a constituent's giving, their attendance at events, their email interactions, volunteering, etc., all in one place and easily view it on their timeline.
