"Love it!"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Help info is easy and straight forward. I use it often. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Nothing that I dislike comes to mind. I've never experienced anything negative with Bloomerang. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Reports are easy to create and helpful. I like the customized report function. These help me address individual questions as they arise.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? The features are easy to use, organized, brainless, and the system is so visibly helpful. Pulling up donor information, reports, letters, etc., my eye can immediately see reliable data. "Lots of bells and whistles"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Easy to use, completely intuitive, and it integrates with a lot of other services - albeit through an outside service called Zapier. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? It is hard to track who has received a "thank you" and who hasn't. Additionally, I'm not sure (???) if I am sending automatic messages to donors or not. I'd love to see a feature to email a personalized thank you to donors instead of just the option of a letter. There are so many ...

My job is so much easier thanks to Bloomerang!

PROS: The application is so seamless! Keeping track of donors has been easier because it just updates automatically and it does not need much effort from the user. CONS: Templates for transferring data is a bit tedious.
