"Exceptional Customer Service and Easy to Use!"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? I have worked with various donor management systems. Every one takes a bit to figure out and get used to, and Bloomerang makes it incredibly easy to get set-up and start raising funds. Not only is their customer service incredibly responsive and helpful, but they also provide a community and education tools that help you become a great fundraiser. I can't recommend them enough! "Really unhappy about the 1% fee"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? Overall Bloomerang is a great product for a small nonprofit. It's easy to use. It's easy to implement. It integrates with Quickbooks online, it handles various funds for your nonprofit. It really does everything we need it to do. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Nothing simple
Nothing simple. The instructors assume that everyone is an advanced user. Nothing is kept simple. Would not recommend Bloomerang to anyone.
