Easy to use
Bloomerang is very easy to use and the customer support is quick and thorough. The design is user friendly and intuitive. I love Bloomerang academy, and Bloomerang is constantly adding new features.

The platform is pretty easy to learn
The platform is pretty easy to learn. I wish that there was a way to simultaneously have a donor record open and also a communication (i.e., a letter or email). You have to toggle between one or the other.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is a CRM tailored for non-profit organizations, so it's ready to go right out of the box! They helped us import our contacts and after that it was really intuitive to pretty much just start using it and customizing it a bit. We've been loving the online forms that we can put on our website and people's info goes directly into our database.
