We are a new non-profit organization and once we had a constituents in our account, we realized we had needed this sooner. We use the email templates and make reports and learning more about what all we can do in Bloomerang every day. The dashboard is great and easy to see what is given each day.

Unresolved Issue with Bounced Emails to Sprectrum Recipients

Our organization has encourted an issue with bounced Emails sent to recipients on the Spectrum platform. This issue has been ongoing for at least 6 weeks. It remains unresolved despite numerous calls to the Support Team. Other than dealing with this issue, the Support Team is very responsive and helpful.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I like that they have tiered pricing based on how big the organization is; that way, we get to choose based on need, not what others think we can do. It is exciting to go up in tiers and have our platform scalable to the growth we are experiencing. What do you dislike about Bloomerang?
