"Great program with some room to improve"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? The ease of use and clear, uncluttered format is great for all levels of users What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I wish the timeline could be viewed in fiscal year mode as I use that timeline for my donations most often. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? I use it for donor management, donation acknowledgment and reporting. It is highly customizable and easy to use once you learn a few quirks

Bloomerang is a great company to work with. They are user friendly with staff ready to help and user guides and templates that make the work so much easier.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? This is the most intuitive program I have used. There wasn't a steep learning curve from the very beginning, I have used others that required an eight-week training program to even get started. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Very use friendly and intuitive

I absolutely love "B-rang" as I call it! It is my fundraising superpower! I would work in a nonprofit without this donor database! However, I must tell you the report function is a bear! Simple, straight forward reports are no problem. But when your npo grows to a certain threshold, the filters become like a labyrinth. Please look at this function. Even more templates (a lot more) would make it easier for us "non IT" folks!

User-friendly and helpful

The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Their client relations are AMAZING! It's almost impossible to make a mistake in the system that is unfixable. The availability of blogs, videos, and webinars makes it easy to learn on your own. However, when you do run into something you can't figure out their client support staff are friendly, informative, efficient, and seem to actually believe there are no stupid questions. It’s easy to use, has a great chat that always helps you solve any issues immediately and they often fix and update things for the better.

The People Make the Difference

Knowledgeable, friendly, patient customer service. The chat feature is great. When I have any problems or questions, they are there to help. I haven't ever worked with another database, but I've found whatever questions or goals I have, they are able to work with me.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Ease of running reports and keeping track of donations/donor engagement. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I believe this is more user familiarity than Bloomerang, but I'd like to be able to copy an email already sent without attaching the previous email's stats. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Finding patterns in donor engagement and tracking how amounts changed over and since pandemic.

Overall a very good product

Overall a very good product. Would like the ability to print letters directly from Bloomerang to the printer. Currently need to hack it with a download to a PDF, then printer whicj is cumbersome.
