The product and support are outstanding! We appreciate how easy it is to use.

Very intuitive tool

Very intuitive tool. Over the past 18-24 months there seems to be a lot of customer input that is being implemented in the tool. And I find their support team to be very good at answering any questions or showing me how to use the tool.

Bloomerang is a fantastic donor database. It has everything you could possible need to run a fundraising program. It's easy to learn, very user friendly. They have stellar tech support if you ever need help. They are always making improvements to their software. They have a great mobile app that makes it easy to document visits or interactions when you are out of the office. They also offer free educational webinars throughout the year on how to use specific aspects of the database and ...

Bloomerang is great Donor Management software

Bloomerang is great donor management software. It's easy to use and learn. The customer service is fantastic. There are tutorial videos on demand or that you can sign up for. They take recommendations for tweaks and suggestions on changes. I recommend Bloomerang to anyone looking for donor management software.
