The customer service is also on point a live person is available all day and they've never not been able to answer a question. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Very intuitive tool

Very intuitive tool. Over the past 18-24 months there seems to be a lot of customer input that is being implemented in the tool. And I find their support team to be very good at answering any questions or showing me how to use the tool.
