The Bloomerang team has been responsive to solve any issues or answer any questions we have. The webinars and training materials have been very helpful.The quarterly reviews with the database consultant have been extreemly helpful.

Expectations Met!!
Bloomerang has met our every expectation in the two years we have been clients. The functionality is similar to pricier CRM/Donor Database Management systems. The chat support is top notch! The associates are prompt, informed and really work to understand the issues and get things resolved. The return on investment is among the best in the industry; especially for smaller organizations with modest budgets and fewer thank 1,000 donors. Bloomerang is a Win-Win!!

The product is solid, the customer service is even better.
The product is intuitive and easy to use and the customer support is responsive, helpful and really listens. This was a good solution at a time when we needed some help and it's grown into being an invaluable tool for our team.
