"Excellent Product with Great Support"

What do you like best? BlackLine matching is intuitive. The way it works just makes sense. The ability to integrate our matching data sources, recons, and JEs has been a real time saver. What do you dislike? Sometimes updates surprise me. I wish there was more clear notification of changes to come... maybe login notifications. TIme outs are frustrating, especially when I've done a lot of manal matching and I lose my work

What do you like best? I like the breakout sessions. They are the best places for networking. What do you dislike? the flickering lights 5 min before end of breakfast hour What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? completeness and accuracy. I am looking into the CIM module to fix the issue.

What do you like best? Transparency, easy audit trail, workflow What do you dislike? That we have not automated our data loads into Blackline yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I no longer need to use a spreadsheet to complete my account reconciliation. It has made reconciling times drastically decrease.

What do you like best? The most helpful parts about the conference have been learning how other companies are using the product. What do you dislike? Data must be standardized before setting up the process and requires consultant to set up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
