"Leveraging BlackLine to help remediate our account reconciliation weaknesses"

What do you like best? The ability to monitor and the close process and identify the outstanding reconciliations for the month end close. Historically, new functionality was constantly added to the tool. Most importantly the BlackLine team/employees. They seem to genuinely care and want to help. What do you dislike? Lack of enhancements to account recs. Focus seems to have been on improving matching and ICH. Implementation partners not doing a good job implementing the tool and or miss ...

What do you like best? Blackline is a great business partner. They go above and beyond to make sure we have what we need for decision support when evaluating new products. They also have great customer service and working quickly to address concerns. What do you dislike? Reporting needs improvement, we currently have to export reports and put in power bi for better visualization What problems are you solving with the product?
