"BlackLine Journey has been great!"

What do you like best? I love the visibility of the process workflow and the efficiencies in the reconciliation process. What do you dislike? I don't like how disconnected the current modules are to each other. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Standardized reconciliations, visibility of control processes and less FTEs to complete close tasks.

What do you like best? All reconciliations and tasks are in one place. What do you dislike? The dashboard doesn't give me an easy view of who has reconciliations outstanding from a preparer and reviewer standpoint. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have more efficient reporting of our reconciliation status than if we did not have a centralized system.

What do you like best? Visibility to the processes and time savings What do you dislike? Having have to convince users that they have to start using new tool What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using Blackline reconciliation module saved us time and effort. We also have better visibility to what is being done when and how well at anytime we want.

What do you like best? facilitates internal controls and record retention What do you dislike? Sometimes new features may have bugs. There should be more testing prior to rolling out new features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? BlackLine improved our account reconciliation processes and sped up our bank reconciliations.

What do you like best? Account Reconciliations . It has made the life easy for the accounting team in general. It has helped to see the statistics of the month end close and manage the close tasks and the efforts to improve the close. What do you dislike? That it doesn't have the keyboard shortcuts.
