"Powerful tool, dynamic company, knowledgeable staff"
What do you like best? The Blackline product has helped our organization streamline processes and gain visibility we did not have before. What do you dislike? The BlackLine implementation process has increased some of the cycle times for our processes due to duplication of effort. We are optimistic that this is a short-term issue as we begin to take full advantage of the functionality. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't be afraid to go big. "Blackline"
What do you like best? Blackline does a great job streamlining manual processes and presenting data in a standard easy-to-view way. A lot of the modules are pretty intuitive and add a lot of value. An example would be the prepaid template. It allows prepaid schedules to be set up and automatically reflect amortizations. This leads to autocertification What do you dislike? "ITB 2019... Amazing!"
What do you like best? The breakout session and the one on one with CSL experts. What do you dislike? The limited nature of partial matching. It will be quite beneficial if this process is automated. "Internal Audit success"
What do you like best? I love that the Compliance module connects with the other modules, which makes internal audit much easier. What do you dislike? -Workflow tracking and status in compliance. Once something is de-certified, there is no way to see that it was once certified. This exists in the other modules, so please add to Compliance :) -No alerts for when something is rejected or closed, so manual checks are required Recommendations to others considering the product: Use as many of ...
