What do you like best? I like the breakout sessions. They are the best places for networking. What do you dislike? the flickering lights 5 min before end of breakfast hour What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? completeness and accuracy. I am looking into the CIM module to fix the issue.

What do you like best? I love the visibility of the process workflow and the efficiencies in the reconciliation process. What do you dislike? I don't like how disconnected the current modules are to each other. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Standardized reconciliations, visibility of control processes and less FTEs to complete close tasks.

What do you like best? Easier to understand reconciliations because they are all in the same format. What do you dislike? Some of the import items processes aren't entirely what I want. For example, I would like to be able to upload multiple schedule items at one time, rather than uploading supporting items and then manually converting them to schedule items. What do you like best? Transparency, easy audit trail, workflow What do you dislike? That we have not automated our data loads into Blackline yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I no longer need to use a spreadsheet to complete my account reconciliation. It has made reconciling times drastically decrease.
