"Great tool!"
What do you like best about Bitly? Our website has a long domain name. When you add that with the page title, the links can get very long! Using this allows me to customize the link (we're in real estate, so we use the address a lot) and shorten it.

What do you like best about Bitly? The ability to have a custom domain as well as, with the paid version, to be able to redirect any shortened bit.ly if needed. It's also super simple to use, either on desktop or via the mobile app.

"Affordable and user-friendly option"
What do you like best about Bitly? Bitly is a consistent, reliable, and easy-to-use link shortener. It's free level is not too shabby and most of the folks I work with rarely need to upgrade their membership. That being said, the first few upgrade levels are affordable. The platform itself is easy to navigate and extremely fast to use. I shorten a lot of links on my phone due to the nature of my job and it's extremely manageable.
