What do you like best about Bitly? I love how convenient and easy it is. It makes our life so much easier being able to shorten the links, and easier to distribute.

What do you like best about Bitly? For shortening the URLs, it is simple and quick. One of the best features is that you can customize your URL (basic features) without having a paid account. It has a lot more features than Google URL Shortner and creates links that are short and easy to remember.

ZERO Customer service on premium plan.
Not only do they completely ignore requests for support (despite us being on an expensive paid plan) their ticket system doesn't actually work at all. AVOID - look for an alternative.
