More than a bit of a joke.
No end user customer service whatsoever. No Bitly employees available for online chat support. Sent in a survey with a promise of a reward and never recieved anything by mail or email.

What do you like best about Bitly? Clean interface. Ability to use UTM parameters and condense into a customized link. Bundle links into custom campaigns and create custom QR codes for each Bitly.
