What do you like best about Birdeye? We have a solid system in place for requesting and obtaining views. It has never been easier What do you dislike about Birdeye? Can't find anything I don't like about them. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It was hit and miss as to how often we were sending out review requests. What do you like best about Birdeye? Using Birdeye has helped us quickly amass over 500 reviews! It is a simple, effective way to reach our customers in real time - and most importantly in the way they want to be reached. In the event a customer has an issue with a product, it also gives them the ability to contact us to resolve the issue rather than leaving a negative review. What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye goes in and cleans up your google listing, houses all of your reviews in one dashboard, and even allows for you to communicate with your customers from that same hub. "Easy Access to view all my Patient Experience Reviews"
What do you like best about Birdeye? By 6am each day I have all my patient experience reviews in my inbox. One click on each review and it pops up for me to read. In the past, we have had the patient take a postage-paid experience survey home after their appointment. We did not get very many of them back and we had to make follow-up calls to see how their appointment went. Took too much time! Birdeye customer for several years, A+++ account management. Product is great; ability to customize based on our needs and shifting competitive landscape. Receive great value tactically to drive, monitor, and develop our Review strategy but also great executive level insight from reports/dashboards/trending information.
