What do you like best about Birdeye? The referral platform helped boost our reputation. Automating the follow-up process to give me the time I need to help grow my business otherwise. I have also learned to love the text option that Birdeye gives us. I think this helps us get many more leads with other advertising techniques that we wouldn't have gotten before. "Birdeye is a MUST-HAVE for any business!"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye makes collecting and managing reviews very easy for our business. The dashboard is easy to navigate, and being able to link all of our socials into one location is very nice. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish engaging with customers would be a little bit more intuitive. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye has made customer review aggregation the easiest it has been!

Having a brick & mortar store, plus a website means potential customers will base their decision to visit a location or a website based on other customers' experiences. User interface could be a little easier. Says it loads before it actually loads and some features are hidden What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?
