We love working with Birdeye. This has increased our response time to all reviews. We used to take several days to respond. Now we can provide an immediate update and follow up on reviews within 48 hours.

What do you like best about Birdeye? They have a very progressive way of "Mining Reviews" that because of the flexibility presented to the person you are trying to encourage to leave a review, are actually participating at a relatively high rate. "Couldn't be happier with Birdeye."
What do you like best about Birdeye? I have tried many different avenues for client reviews and have never found anything that comes close to the ease of use of Birdeye. Not only is it easy for me to send out the request to my clients, it is super easy for my clients use. Getting reviews can be such a run around task and Birdeye takes all of the confusion and pain right out of it! What do you dislike about Birdeye? "User Friendly"
What do you like best about Birdeye? The most helpful part of Birdeye is definitely the reports. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have yet to find any downsides to Birdeye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are required to show proof of surveying our residents by the Army. The reports are easy to read and download. No need to recreate the wheel.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has been instrumental in obtaining 100s of high-quality reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't enjoy paying for this service, but I have tried to do this on my own and didn't have even close to the same quantity or quality of reviews. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Greater practice growth driven by the kind praise of our existing patients.

What do you like best about Birdeye? It is very easy to operate once learned. I am very impressed with the entire website and I have not experienced any problems with the software.
