What do you like best about Birdeye? What a great option for requesting real feedback from your clients! From one place you can manage the overall reviews in real-time while allowing clients/contacts to leave reviews on multiple platforms giving your firm the best overall exposure to the outside world! "Solid review platform with good salesforce and zapier integrations"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye's big benefit for me is the combination of salesforce and zapier integrations. When someone agrees to leave us a review, I just check a box in my salesforce instance, and everything happens behind the scenes resulting in the customer being added to the appropriate campaign and receiving the relevant review request emails and SMSs. "Love what Birdeye has to offer!"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has so many great programs to offer. Working with the sales team was a great process. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. Once we were set up we started working with our onboarding specialist, Rishi. Rishi was great to work with and help us get set up and utilizing Birdeye. What do you dislike about Birdeye? My only dislike is that Birdeye cannot automatically create tickets for Facebook reviews. there is a manual workaround to complete ...

What do you like best about Birdeye? The google review requests are easy to send out to everyone and very effective, we have gotten about 60 reviews so far in only a few months. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't like how the review requests are sent as a text message and people don't click on the link, instead, they respond to the text message with their review, and we don't want to have to respond to everyone and ask them to please write that review on goggle instead. What do you like best about Birdeye? The referral platform helped boost our reputation. Automating the follow-up process to give me the time I need to help grow my business otherwise. I have also learned to love the text option that Birdeye gives us. I think this helps us get many more leads with other advertising techniques that we wouldn't have gotten before. "Excellent app and team"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Is super easy to use for everyone in the company What do you dislike about Birdeye? The team chats. We don't have notifications in the computer app. And that option is not ready to use on the phone app What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Is great for us to stay in contact with our customers in one place. Payments are easy to complete and our customers can use their credit cars
