What do you like best about Birdeye? that I can either text or email or call back our customers or potential customers and request reviews in the same place What do you dislike about Birdeye? that the filter can not be edited and must be erased if any change needs to be done What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? if the agents are busy, we have this service and improves instant communication

"Easy to use platform with lots of functionality!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? The platform takes it to the next level with automation responses and important reports that help us understand what clients do when we send a review request. We can see if it is clicked through, a review is written or if it was simply just opened. This helps us to determine how to capture review requests. What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has become a great way to collect feedback on our company, and share those insights. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Not much to dislike. We have enjoyed Birdeye so far. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Having a central place to send our Clients to share their feedback has been very helpful.

So far I have not been advised of any client issues with review completion. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye makes it easy for clients to review services, which makes it easier for us to get reviews.

"East to use, very convenient if you receive multiple reviews at once. Great customer service."

What do you like best about Birdeye? Notrifications from multiple platforms on one place. Very easy to address all reviews promply. Also, reports can help focus on opportunities fro improvement. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I like using BirdEye, I cannot think of anything that I dislike. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It helped us realize that wait time is one of our main custumer service downsides. We focused on addressing that.
