What do you like best about Birdeye? Simple and easy integration into our business operations. We went from signing the agreement to using the platform in a very quick timeframe. Closing feedback loops from customers is easy through the escalation rules. What do you like best about Birdeye? Many of our clients' Google review count has skyrocketed since using Birdeye. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Implementation was not easy and continues to be an issue for some clients. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping our clients get patient reviews for their dental practices.

What do you like best about Birdeye? I love that BirdEye has the ability to rollup multiple locations and market segments for thorough reporting within the platform. What do you dislike about Birdeye? No additional feedback at this time. We are satisfied with the current functions available. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? This is helping us manage multi locations at scale - listening, sentiment analysis, and responding within SLAs.

What do you like best about Birdeye? The Birdeye Customer support is outstanding! They are confident in their product and go over and above to make sure you are utilizing all of the features. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't found a downside to birdie I am quite happy overall. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye helps us easily track employee involvement with review requests.

Solving reviews for multiple locations, reviews are needed when you have any online asset.
