"My borrowers find it easy to send the response surveys without a lot of hassle."

What do you like best about Birdeye? I get an email letting me know who the client is that's out looking in the market. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Connecting all of the social media, it's confusing. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't worry about clients shopping for financing and I don't know it.

My experience with Birdeye has been exceptional.

My experience with Birdeye has been excellent. We were forced to switch from a server-based PMS to a cloud PMS, which caused our Birdeye integration to stop working. Gulshan with Birdeye's integration team worked diligently with his team of engineers to allow us to be the first office with the Birdeye integration with this PMS. They could have simply told me they didn't integrate with the new PMS, requiring me to seek a refund for the annual billing I had just paid, but instead they came ...

"Excellent Platform"

What do you like best about Birdeye? Leads are almost always qualified good leads. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Sometimes I get spam texts such as funding spam. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Use your CSR. They are very helpful. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Reduces any cold call needs.

"All around great"

What do you like best about Birdeye? I love the software. And it's great for me to use the mobile app. My staff enjoys it because they can use it to communicate with patients. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't know pf any dislikes from myself or my staff. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? If we have any questions, they are always great about helping and getting to the bottom of the issues.

"Top Review Management Software"

What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye offers many different that encompass the various touchpoints during the customer journey. This allows us to be able to visibly manage various touchpoints from one platform which is extremely beneficial. Great results & easy to work with

As a whole our experience with Birdeye has been great. The support and performance has been top notch and they have delivered on what was promised. Javier Cepeda ran us through what to expect and what services would work well for us. Khirabdhi Pattnaik was a great help with our on boarding process and with answering any and all questions we had. The help we received from the tech team assisting us with setting up texting from the main number was also great.

What do you like best about Birdeye? The Birdeye platform makes it easy to monitor and increase reviews. Great customer service. Very available when needed. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There are no downsides to using Birdeye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye monitors reviews and provide an easy way to increase reviews with the tablet. Additionally, they auto respond to positive reviews and provide response for negative reviews.
