What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is easy to use. After it is set up initially it really doesn't require any other intervention as it is completely automated. I log on very rarely just to see what is happening. I believe I get a lot more reviews just because of the automation and that has helped my business get exposure online organically. What do you like best about Birdeye? The setup, onboarding and tech support to date has been wonderful. I am excited to see how well the system works and helps my business grow & prosper. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing so far. Everything to date has been excellent. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I would like to increase my Google Reviews as well as drive more referrals from my current customers.

Birdeye is great for our small…
Birdeye is great for our small business. It was easy to get setup and synced with Quickbooks. The team has been helpful and easy to work with throughout the process.

What do you like best about Birdeye? I get an email letting me know who the client is that's out looking in the market. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Connecting all of the social media, it's confusing. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't worry about clients shopping for financing and I don't know it.
