"A very effective tool for a very affordable price"
What do you like best about Birdeye? The "survey" feature within Birdeye has made my job so much easier! It's very user-friendly. I can get my surveys launched in less than a day! What do you like best about Birdeye? Being able to track the performance of reviews over time and make it easier to request reviews from customers. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Review requests are limited to Google and Facebook. We would like to have the ability to request reviews on Nextdoor and Yelp. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Setting up listings for all of our locations. Mainly requesting reviews and surveys after giving quotes to customers.

"Birdeye has helped my practice collect Google reviews"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is easy to use. After it is set up initially it really doesn't require any other intervention as it is completely automated. I log on very rarely just to see what is happening. I believe I get a lot more reviews just because of the automation and that has helped my business get exposure online organically.
