What do you like best about Birdeye? Gives you an overall idea of where your business is at and what your customer satisfaction rate is. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Long setup time. Many things need to all be in sync for signup which is extremely time consuming. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting more reviews.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Arijit Dutta took charge of our onboarding and understood our current challenges. Within 30 days, our NPS survey conversions surpassed a year's worth from our previous provider. We are at 90 days now and are happy to report that 5-star Google reviews have also started to arrive, which was one of our long-term goals. We are on our way to average above a 4-star Google rating, thanks to Birdeye! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I would like to see their ...

He and his team took us through the entire process, filled out a good amount of information for us and ensured we had everything working to meet our requirements.
