What do you like best about Birdeye? Gives you an overall idea of where your business is at and what your customer satisfaction rate is. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Long setup time. Many things need to all be in sync for signup which is extremely time consuming. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting more reviews.

Within 30 days, our NPS survey conversions surpassed a year's worth from our previous provider. We are at 90 days now and are happy to report that 5-star Google reviews have also started to arrive, which was one of our long-term goals.
