"Amazing Product & Amazing Service!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? Not only is the Birdeye system user friendly and functional, the customer service teams are so speedy and pleasant! What do you dislike about Birdeye? That it cannot be integrated with our current scheduling system. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Text messaging, reviews, & payments are HUGE for us! Birdeye has helped us most in these aspects.

What do you like best about Birdeye? The onboarding was fantastic. Birdeye automated my system and fully trained us how to navigate the platform. It is very easy to use, yet robust. What do you like best about Birdeye? Although Arijit Dutta did a great job walking us through its features during implementation, Birdeye is highly intuitive. We manage several brands and locations, so it's nice to see reviews in one place, but we also have the ability to segment the results. What do you like best about Birdeye? The implementation and onboarding were great. Arijit helped us with implementation, and it felt like a white glove service. They took the time to explain everything and even helped us connect our systems to ensure that we were maximizing the great tool it is.
