Birdeye is great! Whenever there is an issue they are quick to respond with either a solution or to let you know they have received it. The site is pretty easy to use and is just super convenient.

Birdeye is amazing. Since the beginning it has been one pleasant surprise after the next. The fact that I can plan social media posts months in advance, get all of my messages from different sites all in one place, as well as Survey employees and clients, is reason enough to use them, but with the amount of REAL reviews Birdeye generates, I would just go with them for that alone! The weekly meetings, in the beginning, were so informative, and his follow-up was on point every time. I would highly recommend him and Birdeye! We are also excited about the fact that we can now solicit reviews in an easy and organized way. Nor have I received any negative feedback from employees or patients. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It is making it easier to communicate with patients. They are often able to message you faster than they would call you back.
