What do you like best about Birdeye? The thing I like best about Birdeye is their support and responsiveness. They include tips and resources on how to solve the issue on my own (thus empowering me to solve future issues), always follow up to ensure my problem is resolved, and offer direct support if needed. Birdeye have been a great help to us
Birdeye have been a great help to us in terms of social media reputation management and a lot more. Having the function to send survey, reviews & even announcement in 1 platform is already good. But managing the social media platform for the reviews makes it way better. We all know its hard to manage each social media 1 at a time so having Birdeye do that for us makes them worth getting.

Streamline the process with Birdeye!
Cazle Mortgage in Baltimore, Maryland 21220 uses Birdeye to communicate with clients, and manage loan officers’ reviews on Google business, Facebook, BBB, and Zillow. We also use Birdeye and our numerous 5-Star reviews to drive client traffic to our website.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Support is always available and ready to answer questions, review features and instruct on how to use systems to make things smooth and easy. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There has not been anything to dislike yet! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Birdeye? After implementation, getting the needed support is huge!!! Getting Client reviews!!! What do you dislike about Birdeye? At times - communication barrier on our part. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Problem of getting more client reviews!! More Google Reviews are a must!!
