Great resource for reputation management

I've had a great experience with Birdeye's customer service, and sales team, and as a tool for reputation management. Having all my review platforms for all our properties funneled into one spot, where I can analyze and sort the data, set up automation campaigns, and and reply directly is such a helpful tool!

Their product performs as expected and then some…

Their product performs as expected and continues to expand with more and better features keeping them ahead of their competitors. They keep you compliant with google in the methods of obtaining reviews, which a lot of companies fail to do, while at the same time putting the unsuspecting end users at risk of losing their google reviews. Great product-great people to deal with.
