What do you like best about Birdeye? Low cost and effective, easy to use and helpful customer service What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing. Everything seems to work great. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? This helped us automate sending customer review requests as well as building up our positive reviews

What do you like best about Birdeye? I like how we can manage the loan officer reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Really, there is nothing I don't like about it! What do you like best about Birdeye? It's the best platform for reviews, and super easy to navigate. Love it! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Not a downside that I can complain about. I am a huge fan! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? They are weeding out the bad and putting the good to the forefront.

What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that this site is very user friendly, and helps clients express their views about a particular product or service. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have no dislikes to mention so far, the service has been great! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps bring attention to our company through positive reviews clients can leave.

"Fantastic"
What do you like best about Birdeye? I love how easy it is to send customers reviews to fill out and how easy it is for them to fill them out! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Creating an account is cumbersome with any product you want to once and quickly forget. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Showing that my company is one that you want to use is not easy in my industry and showing unbiased reviews helps tremendously

What do you like best about Birdeye? The Birdeye console is very well laid out and user friendly. Very intuitive interface, with lots of customizations, yet robust enough to do the heavy lifting with little knowledge of technology and communications. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The onboarding process can be lengthy, and there are some hiccups with starting anything new.
