What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has a user friendly review building product and I really like the product! The team is great to work with as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Through reputation management our clients are able to increase their reviews and build more of an online presence.

What do you like best about Birdeye? We transitioned to Birdeye listings about 6 months ago and have received more support from their team than our previous aggregate listing provider in 6 years. What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that Birdeye helps me get reviews from my clients by sending reminder emails and text messages. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Currently, there are no downsides to using Birdeye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye keeps me organized, so I'm not taking time logging in to multiple different social media sites daily to manage my client reviews and posts.

What do you like best about Birdeye? It's easy to use and allows us to aggregate all of our brands under one roof when it comes to reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Great software, but all new features are all add-ons What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We run over 300 jobs a day and trying to get all the reviews was a nightmare. Now it's automated.
