"Birdeye has been instrumental with our reputation management program."

What do you like best about Birdeye? The promptness and expertise of the entire team that I've worked with so far. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't enjoyed the overseas accent from some of the support team. It has been challenging to understand them at times; however, they've been accommodating. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? They are helping us increase our Google business profile and overall reputation management.

Support all the way.
