What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye has given us a comprehensive look at our online reviews to help guide our marketing on social media.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is a tremendous tool to not only manage your company's online reviews all in one place but also to help ask your customers to leave reviews! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I honestly can say there is nothing I dislike! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Aggregating all online reviews in one place makes my life so much easier! We heavily lean on looking at our rating over time to see the continuous improvement!

What do you dislike about Birdeye? Hard to find anything to criticize about their services. I do wish the messenger could be integrated with MS Teams What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Birdeye? It's so easy to ask for reviews now. We can send a link to our Google Review page with just a few clicks. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is sometimes a delay in a new review being added to our Birdeye account. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye is making it easier for us to ask for reviews. We didn't have a good system in place and now we're able to send out a review request in just a few seconds - So easy!
