What do you like best about Birdeye? It's super helpful to have all of our messages in one place vs multiple apps. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Sometimes my Google review responses do not post. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I haven't had any issues really so far.

What do you like best about Birdeye? We love how birdeye keeps all communications in one safe place. Before dealing with text threads between multiple points of contact was a disaster. "Super User Friendly--Excellent Customer Service"
What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye brings together reviews from multiple platforms into one easy dashboard. They also have an auto-response feature, which is super helpful. I also appreciate how easy it is to schedule multiple social media posts and send out mass texts/emails. What do you dislike about Birdeye?
