What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that birdeye is user-friendly. It's very straightforward to use. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't think there's anything I dislike about birdeye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it to hear feedback on our services. We can then alter what's needed based on this data.
