What do you like best about Birdeye? The account managers are top-notch, especially Anvita! And, being a very diverse business with a lot of different types of businesses, it is important that we have a tool that can pull in reviews from any listing on the web! What do you like best about Birdeye? It's very user-friendly for user and my clients. It's really easy navigate the app and its services which I'm pleased with. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have not had any issues yet with service What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It's great not having to be logged into multiple platforms all day to be able to connect with customers

What do you like best about Birdeye? We love all the different features Birdeye has to offer. We especially like how convenient they are to access one dashboard. Makes my job so much easier! What do you like best about Birdeye? It's already working on getting our offices great reviews! It does work! What do you dislike about Birdeye? The onboarding required many appointments but it's not entirely bad thing as we need to know how to work with the program. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting more positive reviews from our patients
