What do you like best about Birdeye? Their sales did a good job in helping us understand their value, and DB has done a remarkable job in assisting us onboard to their platform. I am very impressed and highly recommend Birdeye. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is nothing to report that is not working. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Generating and responding to more reviews.

What do you like best about Birdeye? A great tool for letting us keep in touch with our patients. It's easy to identify patients and who we need to contact. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't dislike anything about Birdeye. Everything works very well. Would like to be able to use it for home. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps us to stay up to date with our patients. Gives them the ability to get in touch with us at any hour.

"BirdEye Makes It Easy to Keep An Eye on New Leads"
What do you like best about Birdeye? I love how Birdeye keeps me notified every time a new lead comes. Every time a customer has a question, I get a notification, and this helps me respond to them in minutes. What do you dislike about Birdeye? My biggest issue involves the recently added a feature to create custom templates. My problem is that if I select a template and edit it, such as saving a greeting as a template and then trying to add information after that greeting, it will undo all ...

What do you like best about Birdeye? It's already working on getting our offices great reviews! It does work! What do you dislike about Birdeye? The onboarding required many appointments but it's not entirely bad thing as we need to know how to work with the program. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting more positive reviews from our patients

What do you like best about Birdeye? It's very user-friendly for user and my clients. It's really easy navigate the app and its services which I'm pleased with. What do you dislike about Birdeye?
