What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has made it easy for our sales team to ask for customer reviews! What do you dislike about Birdeye? The listings portion for Birdeye has not synced completely as it should and they haven't been able to get us integrated with Apple Maps either yet. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing an easy way for us and our customers to stay in communication and receive feedback.

What do you like best about Birdeye? The ability to do customized surveys for the residents in our communities and respond back, as well as review generation. We are able to send a review invite to every new resident automatically. We get good use from the new AI generated review response option, too. "Great Solutions"

What do you like best about Birdeye? Ability to integrate and provide a range of services to our practice management software (Dentrix Ascend). The rep has also been very attentive and accommodating. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We just signed up, but everything is good so far. Once we see the efficacy of the services, we'll see if there's anything to dislike. Stay tuned!
