What do you like best about Birdeye? Love being able to see everything in one place with no hassle! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing comes to mind! It's been a very pleasant experience. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to view and manage all review outlets at once saves so much time and energy.

What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye makes it easy for our team to get reviews from all clients instantly. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It took a minute to get our tracking down but since it has been great. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting reviews in a more timely manner so we can address anything as it arrises or celebrate those who deserve it in the moment.

What do you like best about Birdeye? The product is easy to use and the staff is helpful. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing at this time, however there are more features I'd like to see. What do you like best about Birdeye? The team is unparelleled in their service. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The menu's are not always as intuitive as I would like. What do you like best about Birdeye? The dashboard is really user-friendly and they keep it updated, which is great! What do you like best about Birdeye? I love how user friendly Birdeye is and how simple it is to share with our clients! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Wish it was more integrated with Salesforce (ie - sending automatic surveys to clients through Salesforce) What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps us get feedback from clients to better improve our product!

What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is a great option for businesses and practices that want to receive more authentic reviews. We love this platform. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The only tricky component is that integration with your CRM system can take a while. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting more reviews and sending in more referrals that convert.
