What do you like best about Birdeye? They make it very easy to get reviews from patients and have now integrated a way to take the stress of responding to reviews off of my plate. What do you like best about Birdeye? I like having a URL link for reviews. Its super helpful. The staff I have worked with have always been super helpful. It is difficult to say because I found the team to be fantastic. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? They have assisted with the Google My Business process, which was sometimes challenging. I can be more productive and focus on other tasks while the team tackles issues.
