What do you like best about Birdeye? With a streamlined, easy-to-use interface and multiple automation, campaigns, templates and even AI integration, there is a lot to like about Birdeye. Birdeye's social reports and reviews…

Birdeye's social reports and reviews management is great. We have facebook, google, and Instagram all linked and it works very well for our quarterly reports. We would love for there to be an auto response for the inbox chat function as we are not always here to answer questions. Other than that, the survey integration was not that great. We will most likely keep it for social features and the reviews. They have been very good at responding and getting things done quickly.

What do you like best about Birdeye? I love the reviews we're getting. Patient communication. The customer service is A+++ What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing. I hope they create a great online scheduling platform soon. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye is helping us with live chat right on our webisite via chat bots. Online reputation managements gets us lots of good Google reviews.
