"Helpful for reputation"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Clients rely on not only a 5 star rating, but a large number of them. Birdeye has helped us reach a larger number of reviews. "Professional Onboarding"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Pragya was very helpful and patient during the onboarding session. What do you like best about Birdeye? Being new to Birdeye, we're excited that as our business grows, Birdeye will grow with us! "Great product"
What do you like best about Birdeye? I love that reviews are automated but controllable. We don't have to think about asking for them. We also like the scheduling option. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Everything is great! If I had to pick something I dislike it would be cost. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed to get a scheduling button working and BirdEye did that for us. We used it pre pandemic and loved the reviews it generated...so bonus for us!

"Very helpful."
What do you like best about Birdeye? Pragya was very patient and helpful in assisting me in setting up referral texts and emails. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Extra charge for the survey option. Other than that everything is pretty much all good. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to reach all of our customers to obtain reviews and friend referrals.

"Superior Service"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Debosri Choudhury was wonderful to work with during our Birdey implementation. I would highly recommend her to any business professionals seeking for these services. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The actual reviews do not go directly to our existing google business reviews. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? They are helping me with the enhancement of our online reputation on our social media sites.
