What do you like best about Birdeye? Being able to have all review platforms in one place. Onboarding very thorough and helpful. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There were no downsides at all. Great product. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Efficiency! We can now go to one place for all review platforms.

It's a lot to learn, but I'll get it with time and practice. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It's taking a lot of the guess work out of the process for me, leaving me more time to spend on other things in my small business.

What do you like best about Birdeye? The fact that it is a one-stop shop with multiple features. The reviews are easy to send, and the referrals are easy to make bespoke to your business. One inbox to handle various platforms is definitely a game-changer. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I cannot think of any downside; the only feature I would like is for the same review to be posted on multiple forums at the same time, like Google and Trustpilot.
