What do you like best about Birdeye? Pragya was very informative explaining how to use the birdeye platform. The best feature is requesting a google review and social media auto posting. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Does not allow you to upload a custom template for email campaigns. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting google reviews. It is much easier now to request and build more reviews on google.

What do you like best about Birdeye? My initial assessment is that Birdeye has been incredibly useful for the business so far. We have the review and referral package, and we have already generated a significant number of new reviews, given that the process is so simple and intuitive for all staff to use easily.
