What do you like best about Birdeye? Super easy to navigate and to request a review from our customers. This works for me because our office is busy. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is nothing I dislike about Birdeye What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Because it is so easy to request a review, I will say Birdeye is time-saving.

There isn't anything I dislike about Birdeye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye is allowing the user to get more reviews from their customers. It saves time while navigating.

What do you like best about Birdeye? I love the feedback we can obtain through Birdeye. we love that we can just send the name and the email and option of also putting down the phone number. This is such a great way to get feed back from long-term costumers and short term. What do you dislike about Birdeye? so far using birdeye nothing comes to mind but it would be great to know if the person we are sending the link to for phone number if it went through sucessfull.
