Fantastic service & product

"Great Support"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Auto responses to reviews. NPS survey data. Continued help and support What do you dislike about Birdeye? Surveys won't send past 8pm. Would like to be alble to just request reviews to my GMB's vs some going to facebook ect. Need to build my GMB's thats all that matters What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping us identify customer concerns with our service personnel so we can correct behavior in the field.

"Great Review Solicitation Service"
What do you like best about Birdeye? We love how it automated the review solicitation process and is super easy to use for our managers. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I can't think of anything. It works great! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It was difficult to self-manage our review solicitation and collection process before Birdeye. Now it's a piece of cake. We easily collect more reviews of our services than we ever did before.

What do you like best about Birdeye? It has an extremely intuitive interface. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have not run into any downsides yet. So far, so good. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to get customer feedback in a way that is convenient and easy for them to provide and for us to review. We are generally more productive and organized while using this program.

"Easy to use system and tenacious onboarding process"
What do you like best about Birdeye? Shubhang was excellent in terms of onboarding our account and worked hard to find solutions on small issues we had at the start. Also, the sales process was not pushy and truly believe the system could help grow our presence in our area. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Not a whole lot at the moment as the account is still new. The support team keeps following up on an issue that I have outlined to them 3 times which is fine. In one way it's good ...

What do you like best about Birdeye? All of your reviews are consolidated in one place. The support staff are super helpful. What do you dislike about Birdeye? So far I do not dislike anything about Birdeye What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye reaches out to my clients post closing to obtain reviews across multiple sites.

"Experienced staff, always there to help."
What do you like best about Birdeye? I like the easy interface of the application, and if unsure how to use the app, they are always willing to give you retraining so that you are always comfortable to use the app. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Everything in particular is good. It's perfect. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? They solve by integrating all my social media in one platform.

What do you like best about Birdeye? It is easy to use. They make it user friendly. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It is hard to say you dislike something you like. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem of low reviews and they are helping.
